Design Your Body Academy is a platform granting members access to personal trainers who specifically create exercise programs and nutrition plans for your body type and your individual goals! These trainers stay in communication with clients about exercise progress, goals and results. Clients can take Design Your Body Academy anywhere as workouts can be accessed through personalized logins as well as via our app. Participants will have demonstrations and explanations of each workout built for them and their goals.
I recently launched this and my clients jumped on this huge opportunity! I had no idea that clients wanted to train with me but distance was their limiting factor. Now, with Design Your Body Academy, my clients can train with me when they are traveling for work, on vacation, or simply cant beat traffic across town.
